Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Refunds will be issued for the eligible product amount. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
